This is the agreement between you and Cummune (cummune.cc) for using the site. Using it means you agree.

Age and eligibility

Cummune is for people who are at least 18 and allowed to view adult themes where they live. You look after your own account.

What you are using

Conversations with fictional characters whose replies are generated by AI. The characters are not real; what they say is fiction and is not advice of any kind.

What you write

It belongs to you. Cummune may store and process it to run the service, let characters remember you and keep to our agreements.

Cost

Cummune is free. If something paid is ever offered, it will be explained in advance and only charged with your clear yes.

Ending things

Email us from your account's address and we will close your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our agreements.

No guarantees

Cummune is offered as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; the rights the law gives you stay intact.
